Um dude , I hate to burst your Right Wing bourgeois bubble but Orwell was actually a Democratic Socialist commenting on both Totalitarian Nazi Fascist and Soviet Russia which were both Totalitarian Statist , Imperialist Mixed Economies ( Not exactly Socialism in the truest sense which is for the workers , not the government , people ! ) . There are three different models of Socialism ( Well , actually there are multiple models with radically different ideas on how to implement their principles and whether or not to totally reject Capitalism, the fact that Karl Marx was a notorious flip-flopper on the subject didn`t help , did you know Marx was rich and praised Capitalistic innovation and social strides even while condemning it as " dead labor which , vampirelike , must suck living labor dry in order to survive " ) ?: Theoretical Socialism , McCarthyist Socialism ( Which is basically just a " scareword " of the Ultra-Right to demonize Liberals and Progressive Pragma without really knowing what it actually means at all ) and Applied Socialism ( Which due to a number of factors has yet to happen , sadly ) . Bet they never mention that in the paranoid , Neo-McCarthyist propaganda you watch ! Ironic , eh ? A rich dude founded the Worker`s Movement because he cared about his workers , not just himself ! Also , you got it totally backasswards !
