btw, i always have problems with the hair too
yeah, i dont know what it is about the hair but i can never get it to look right.
it is one of the hardest things to do in illustrator i think. no matter what i do or what i try they never look exactly right. there is a tool called the gradient mesh that a lot of people use for blending but i still haven't gotten the hang of that one...
