Inspired by my recent trip to the airport on my way home from Las Vegas where I "opted out" of the full body scanner and was instead molested by a TSA official.
If you like this design you can get it on a shirt here: [link]
I normally don't do this but I just wanted to share a recent exchange between myself and a misguided fellow deviant. ***** said the following:
Hi just wanted to let you know in the nicest way I know to take down your TSA pat downs picture or you will be sued for slander. Thank you.Satansgoalie said the following:
why should i? ***** said the following:
Because you will be sued.Satansgoalie said the following:
Yeah, I got that.
What I mean is:
Why should I, just because some random person online says I'm going to be sued?
Sorry, but that just doesn't mean a whole lot to me. What sort of authority do you have to take this kind of action on behalf of the TSA? Are you one of their lawyers? Are you one of their employees? I doubt it.
Maybe if I were to receive an official cease and desist letter from the TSA that might instill a modicum of intrest and maybe even concern. However, under these circumstances it doesn't.
Besides, I am confident that the definition of "molest" [link] accurately describes the events that occurred to me at McCarran airport October of 2010.***** said the following:
Oh did it? Well then maybe you should have not threatned a member of authority people at TSA are doing their jobs idiot. Haven't you heard of the underwear bomber? No well do your research before you go acting like a criminal. Honestly it's people like you where its gonna take another september 11th for you to fucking realize what these people do for you.Satansgoalie said the following:
First, who did I threaten and how exactly did I do it?
Now, maybe you are not familiar with the 4th Amendment, or perhaps you don't find it all that important. It states:The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
In my opinion, the TSA's new procedures are "unreasonable". Having someone stick their hand on the inside of your thigh then proceed to squeeze your crotch (as was done to me) is going too far. Patting down a 3 year old little girl is going too far. Asking a nursing mother to drink her own breast milk to prove that it's not explosive material is going too far. There are hundreds of other incidences should you care to do some research...
Why should it be legal for, as you put it, "authority" to do something that would have a regular citizen arrested? If you were subjected to the aforementioned crotch squeeze prior to entering a restaurant, a bank or a movie theater by their respective owners in the name of "fighting the terrorist" would you submit or stand up for your rights? (by the way, terrorist of all types have been known to hit targets such as these) If you objected to just a search would it all be made better if the person doing it had on a uniform and a badge and was is a position of "authority"?
I'm sure you're saying "well, planes are different. It's for our safety!" Really? You mentioned the underwear bomber. He and others like him boarded flights originating from outside the U.S.. If these procedures are so effective at stopping the bad guys why hasn't our State Dept or DHS insisted that all passengers on incoming flights be subjected to TSA style screenings too?
I do not ever want to see another September 11th. I believe radical Islam is a great threat to this country's safety. However, I think a little more common sense could be used in regards to airport security. I have yet to see an instance of the TSA effectively protecting anyone from anything. What I have seen however, is hundreds of people being humiliated and treated like criminals for simply exercising their rights.
I'll leave you with the words of the French political thinker Montesquieu, "There is no greater tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of law and in the name of justice."
- Good Day

I didn't even bother to read your bullshit which I seem to be allergic too. Since you have decided to make such a huge deal out of it and believe them to be false then go to the court system and tell them how you were "molested" Then when you win (Which wont happen) come tell me all about it and show me proff that you have but until then you can shove it.Satansgoalie said the following:
you know, there are other, more mature ways to conceded defeat.
