i was molested by the tsa by Satansgoalie i was molested by the tsa by Satansgoalie
Inspired by my recent trip to the airport on my way home from Las Vegas where I "opted out" of the full body scanner and was instead molested by a TSA official.

If you like this design you can get it on a shirt here: [link]
---------------------------
I normally don't do this but I just wanted to share a recent exchange between myself and a misguided fellow deviant.

***** said the following:
Hi just wanted to let you know in the nicest way I know to take down your TSA pat downs picture or you will be sued for slander. Thank you.

Satansgoalie said the following:
why should i?

***** said the following:
Because you will be sued.

Satansgoalie said the following:
Yeah, I got that.
What I mean is:
Why should I, just because some random person online says I'm going to be sued?
Sorry, but that just doesn't mean a whole lot to me. What sort of authority do you have to take this kind of action on behalf of the TSA? Are you one of their lawyers? Are you one of their employees? I doubt it.

Maybe if I were to receive an official cease and desist letter from the TSA that might instill a modicum of intrest and maybe even concern. However, under these circumstances it doesn't.

Besides, I am confident that the definition of "molest" [link] accurately describes the events that occurred to me at McCarran airport October of 2010.

***** said the following:
Oh did it? Well then maybe you should have not threatned a member of authority people at TSA are doing their jobs idiot. Haven't you heard of the underwear bomber? No well do your research before you go acting like a criminal. Honestly it's people like you where its gonna take another september 11th for you to fucking realize what these people do for you.

Satansgoalie said the following:
First, who did I threaten and how exactly did I do it?

Now, maybe you are not familiar with the 4th Amendment, or perhaps you don't find it all that important. It states:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

In my opinion, the TSA's new procedures are "unreasonable". Having someone stick their hand on the inside of your thigh then proceed to squeeze your crotch (as was done to me) is going too far. Patting down a 3 year old little girl is going too far. Asking a nursing mother to drink her own breast milk to prove that it's not explosive material is going too far. There are hundreds of other incidences should you care to do some research...

Why should it be legal for, as you put it, "authority" to do something that would have a regular citizen arrested? If you were subjected to the aforementioned crotch squeeze prior to entering a restaurant, a bank or a movie theater by their respective owners in the name of "fighting the terrorist" would you submit or stand up for your rights? (by the way, terrorist of all types have been known to hit targets such as these) If you objected to just a search would it all be made better if the person doing it had on a uniform and a badge and was is a position of "authority"?

I'm sure you're saying "well, planes are different. It's for our safety!" Really? You mentioned the underwear bomber. He and others like him boarded flights originating from outside the U.S.. If these procedures are so effective at stopping the bad guys why hasn't our State Dept or DHS insisted that all passengers on incoming flights be subjected to TSA style screenings too?

I do not ever want to see another September 11th. I believe radical Islam is a great threat to this country's safety. However, I think a little more common sense could be used in regards to airport security. I have yet to see an instance of the TSA effectively protecting anyone from anything. What I have seen however, is hundreds of people being humiliated and treated like criminals for simply exercising their rights.

I'll leave you with the words of the French political thinker Montesquieu, "There is no greater tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of law and in the name of justice."

- Good Day
SG

I didn't even bother to read your bullshit which I seem to be allergic too. Since you have decided to make such a huge deal out of it and believe them to be false then go to the court system and tell them how you were "molested" Then when you win (Which wont happen) come tell me all about it and show me proff that you have but until then you can shove it.

Satansgoalie said the following:
nice...very eloquent.
you know, there are other, more mature ways to conceded defeat.

I wouldn't mind in fact I would love it if the agent that touched and squeezed my crotch was a really hot girl especially a really hot blonde girl with really long hair and big tits all dressed in pink or a really skimpy outfit. but no way am i letting some gay guy touch me and squeeze my crotch.

Come to think of it yeah most of the tsa girls are pretty ugly. Still I'd much rather have my crotch grabbed even by a really ugly girl than by a guy. Why can't they do opposite sex patdowns instead of same sex patdowns. I'm sure most guys wouldn't have a problem if it was a girl particularly a really hot girl patting them down they just don't want to be crotch grabbed by another guy.

""opted out" of the full body scanner" So you think you're exempt from contracts you agreed to by using public airport facilities? I heard you said some bullshit about the fourth amendment. You gave it up the moment you made an enforceable contract with the airline to comply with airport procedures.

I'm confident you weren't molested, you just want attention and sales on shirts. You could of avoided the whole thing if it was such an infringement upon your rights had you agreed to comply with the scanner instead. You actively chose your "molestation."

I'm sure you've said some other convoluted bullshit too though. With the happenings literally ten years ago today that were caused by nothing but a bunch of idiotic extremists with boxcutters that caused a ridiculous amount of death in one day for the U.S., can you blame standing policy? If you can, then you're not even responsible enough to use the service anyways.

Long story short: you are an idiot.

Don't demand to have patdowns done away with completely. Just demand for patdowns to be done by opposite sex instead of same sex and for them to hire only really hot girls preferably blondes to do the patdowns You can't tell me that you wouldn't like for a really hot blonde with big tits to pat you down and grab your crotch .

Nothing is really "Law" any more... the
Congress Never Voted to allow the Nazis
to strip-search children; the Congress
'created' the 'homeland security' bureau
(that's KGB in russian) and faceless,
unaccountable bureaucrats (and some just
Fugly ones like that beyotch in charge
of it) simply make up 'policy' that takes the place of Law.
You might be able to find a purloined
copy of this 'ploicy' (which like all
KGB 'policy' is "Secret" for "National
Security" reasons) by looking on some of the Air Traveller's anti-TSA sites.

It's the Core Problem with all the 'regulatory' functions of government, and has been for the last 50 Years if not more. This is because the Congress is Too Lazy to carry out its Constitutional Mandate, to Write Laws.
What they do is write some unintelligible garbage that creates a
bureaucratic 'entity' like the TSA, EPA, FDA, Etc. These 'agencies' then write 'policy' that is Enforced as Law,
EVEN THOUGH THE CONGRESS NEVER SEES OR VOTES ON THESE 'POLICIES'.
Do You Seriously Think that the Congress would have Voted for a Law that says Airline Passengers must submit to a Dangerously High-Powered
Full Body X-Ray or be Strip-Searched?
Another good Example is Light Bulbs;
the 'EPA' has Banned Filament-Type
Light Bulbs, forcing people to Buy
Expensive, Ineffective, Dangerously
Toxic Fluorescent Bulbs made in Communist China by Slave Laborers.
The Congress NEVER Voted for this,
and also, in spite of the 'Talk' will
Never 'overturn' this bureaucratic
'policy', for to Do So would Undermine the entire Premise of Law
by 'policy' and 'regulation' wherein
the Congress is Never held to Account for the Actions of 'faceless' (Fugly,
actually) bureaucrats.

I also saw some shirts from the "Don't Touch My Junk" guy, I'm tempted to order one and wear it when I travel. For now I have no choice to get home & back for school except to fly. But you better believe I'll be trying to get a car by the end of summer. I'd rather drive 400 miles than be molested.

So far TSA has had the John Tyner incident, forced a woman to show her prosthetic breast from her mastectomy, caused a bladder cancer survivor's urostomy bag to burst during inspection, provoked panic attacks and generally caused distress for flyers with and without health conditions.

I can't believe the government has become so paranoid about attacks they've gone so far as to humiliate people by using these procedures without discretion. I mean for fuck's sake, they're even doing this to CHILDREN. I hope it stops, violating personal privacy like this is unacceptable.

Its not that the government is paranoid about attacks
or even have a real concern for our safety.

It IS about the control... and the appearance of doing something viable, because they believe profiling a terrorist is not a viable action.

but mainly about control and power over a population... how far can they push before we push back.

this type of search is a direct violation of the 4th amendment of the US constitution. Look it up. Its a plan and clear as anyone can state...

The 4th Amendment to the United States Constitution
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

You're right about that as well. An yes I do know about this being in violation of the 4th Amendment, it was one of the first things that angered me about it. These are definitely unreasonable searches. They may not like profiling a terrorist, but to some extent, it does work. I think the average person would not consider a seven year old travelling with their parent(s) as a potential terrorist. Just the other day I heard they did this same thing to a DOG because the dog had a sweater on, it's really out of control.

Since you're on the up about this as well, I bet you're just as excited to see what happens tomorrow on National Opt Out day as I am? :XD: This should get pretty interesting I think.

I had purchased my holiday tickets to get me home from school MONTHS ago (plane tickets are so damn expensive & I'm a college student!). I was offended to learn the airport in my hometown has these stupid scanners. While I may not have any issues going, I might coming back. If they choose me for additional screening it'll be a mistake. I love how I've been hearing that agents have been verbally abused, shoved & even punched for these pat downs.

The one thing I fear most is setting the metal detector or body scan off for something stupid. Many women have been saying the underwire in their bra has caused problems. That's not necessarily new but it would piss me off to have my chest touched. I mean, you can tell these idiots what the problem is and they completely ignore you like you're the dumb one.

Once I had a shirt with bangles that set off the metal detector, I told the woman it was the metal on my top, she didn't even acknowledge that she heard me. You could look at my shirt and tell what the problem was, COMMON FUCKING SENSE, they have none.

I kind'a feel bad for the TSA Agents...can you imagine what it would be like to be a TSA agent
Cussed out, and mocked and so on... on not only a daily but an minute to minute basis.
Then being forced to touch little children's privates, strip them and so forth,
and for straight guys having to grab cock and balls,
and for straight females grabbing Cooch and teets.

I can see it now.
In about 1 year all the TSA agents will file for medical benefits
due to post traumatic stress disorders.

I heard one TSA agent say.. "I dont like having to do this..I dont think it s right... but its my job."
Kind of sounds like the old Nazi saying..."I was just following orders"

I think all the TSA agents who are not perverts should not show up for work tomorrow.. or even quit.

______

It is necessary to suspend the Constitution that protects the Citizens’ Rights and Civil Liberties,
so government can protect the homeland from being destroyed by our enemies.
