The U.S. Constitution states in part (Article 1 Section 8) that Congress shall have the power "...To coin Money and regulate the Value thereof..." Therefore in my humble, self-educated opinion the Federal Reserve seems to be unconstitutional...However, I could be wrong. I do know this, it's not a Federal agency:

If the Federal Reserve wasn't able to lobby against that bill, we'd have made significant progress. We need a larger percentage of people to find out the truth and take action before it's too late.
